Operation and stability of the domain name system, the basic Internet service of Ukraine, is ensured by a close-knit team of professionals. The core of this team is represented by the company founders, who are currently occupying top positions in leading hi-tech companies of Ukraine. The team is made up of both representatives of the "older generation" and young gifted specialists in the sphere of Internet technologies, intellectual property, accounting, marketing, office administration, database technologies, etc. In addition, this team of specialists functions as an informal Ukrainian Computer Emergency Report Team, similar to the international Computer Emergency Report Team (CERT). Successful human resources policy of Hostmaster Ltd. can be confirmed by the fact that there were no incidents resulting in computer security violations, loss, or damage of data throughout the entire history of the .UA domain. The .UA domain operation has not been interrupted for a single moment since its delegation.

Permanent staff of the company includes nine employees. Legal services, supply and technical support of equipment, as well as a number of other services are outsourced on a contractual basis.
